About the project
At Sensibill, I grew from Senior Visual Designer to Design Lead and Creative Director. Along the way, I sharpened my design skills, led an awesome team, and worked closely with the folks across product, marketing, and leadership, as well as our financial partners in North America and Europe. Shaping campaigns that delivered clear, consistent visual messaging across channels is something that my team was fully invested in.
The process
At the start of the pandemic, we launched #ProjectCare – personalized SWAG boxes with handcrafted chocolate, limited-edition tees, company merch, and custom pixel-art stickers for our employees and partners. A small way to stay connected and show that we care while also making sure we take the employer brand as seriously as our external image.
Almost all our creative work was done in house which allowed for more efficient turnaround time, strict brand guidelines enforcement and keeping the marketing budget free for bigger, ambitious projects. I'm extremely grateful for my design team for being a powerhouse that brainstormed, delivered and refined all creative assets together.
